It is with the deepest regret that we announce the passing of a great Soldier, husband,
father and friend on May 13, 2023.

Immediate past Chapter 1-18 Vice President for six years, past Chapter Treasurer and a
variety of other postings within Chapter 1-18, TC Rupert will be greatly missed. He could
always be depended upon to get the mission complete.
